As a gusmaster at Heat Harmony I create sauna experiences focused on positivity, mindset, and mental health. I believe a good gus is not just about heat and scents, but also about giving people a space to reset and feel the power of a positive mindset. Music plays a big role in my sessions as well, I choose each track carefully to shape the atmosphere and support the flow of the experience. March 20265 out of 5Lidt en middelmådig oplevelse. Vi startede 10-15 minutter for sent, hvilket jeg normalt ville kunne leve med, men vi var forsinket fordi gusmesteren stod og snakkede med nogle venner indtil gusen skulle starte, og gik så først der i gang med at forberede sig. Det var lidt provokerende synes jeg. Varmen var generelt set god, men indsatsen meget minimal i forhold til varmefordeling, og gusmesteren var på Instagram flere gange undervejs, hvilket ikke umiddelbart bidrog til mindfulness og sindsro. Havde jeg betalt fuld pris udenom Bruce var jeg blevet skuffet.
