Hi guys! I’ve been facilitating guses at Heat Harmony since the beginning of our brand, so you might have seen me around. Music plays a big role in my sessions. I work intuitively with a mix of Danish, Norwegian, and English tracks, and I’m especially drawn to slower, more relaxed soundscapes that support the heat rather than compete with it. The music is there to hold you, not distract you. I’ve studied psychology before moving to Copenhagen, and that naturally shapes the way I guide a session. My focus as a facilitator is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are — without needing to perform, fix, or push anything. In the sauna it’s easy to get caught in our own heads, whether as a guest or even as a facilitator, and I see the heat as an invitation to gently come back into the body. In my sessions, I’ll often remind us all to stay present and curious: noticing the breath, the sensations, the thoughts that come and go. You don’t have to control anything or “do it right.” There is no right or wrong here — only your experience, exactly as it unfolds. I hope you can feel the safe, grounded space I aim to create every shift. A space where you can soften a little, breathe a little deeper, and maybe leave with a lighter nervous system than when you arrived. Hope to see you soon, Hugs from Annika
