We use Google Tag Manager to load our measurement tools. Nothing but the cookie banner runs until you make a choice, and you can decline - the website works fully without. If you accept, we use:
- Google Analytics 4 - traffic and booking statistics.
- Microsoft Clarity - usage analytics such as clicks and scrolling.
The same measurement setup runs on our booking flow at heatharmony.yogo.dk, so we can see how a booking started on our website.
Independently of your choice, we use Sentry for technical error monitoring. It records what went wrong when something breaks on the site. It does not record sessions of normal visits.

HH Shifts staff planner
HH Shifts is a staff app provided by Heat Harmony ApS (CVR 45003493) for authorized facilitators. We use your Yogo account details to sign you in and show your shifts, requests, guide and recorded shift activity. The app can also show team statistics and reward progress where available.
Facilitators assigned to a session can view the guest bookings they need to welcome guests and record check-ins. Shift changes, class updates and guest check-ins are handled through Yogo. The iPhone app keeps checklist progress and settings on your device and shares limited shift information with its widget. If you turn on shift alerts, we keep a notification registration linked to your account to send you relevant updates.
We keep limited information about app actions and errors to operate, secure and improve HH Shifts. We retain personal data only as long as needed for these purposes or applicable obligations. To ask about your data, or request access, correction or deletion, contact [email protected].
