Originally from France, and I’ve lived in Copenhagen since 2016 - first in Nørrebro and now in Nordvest. I work as an Analytics Engineer and have spent the last 5-6 years in the data world, but outside of work you’ll usually find me cooking, baking, running, reading, or exploring my neighborhood (often while working on my blog, nordvestandmore.com). I became a facilitator in October 2025 as a way to do something just for myself - to create small pockets of calm, presence, and warmth in a life that’s otherwise very full.

First time at Heat Harmony and I really enjoyed it. Constance was direct, attentive and kept the whole thing flowing naturally. The sauna was intense, but somehow I managed to stay with it until the end. Really good experience.
