Elvira schou Moldt

Elvira studies physical therapy and works with personal training. She dreams of specializing in body awareness therapy and yoga, and wants to become a trainer who focuses on the mind body connection. In her sessions you will feel a warm, light and caring energy that guides you through the three rounds and helps you get out of your head and into your body. You can expect a very gentle hour where she helps you control your breath and let go of body tension whilst creating a safe space that invites you to be present.
