Book with HannaI've been part of the Heat Harmony family since December 2024. When I'm not at work or studying, you'll typically find me in the sauna on Mondays and Tuesdays, as well as Friday mornings for our social run. For me, Heat Harmony is my escape from everyday life. It's a place where I don't have to think about anything other than just being present in the moment. I try to create an informal and comfortable atmosphere where you can show up as you are without any expectations. And where the only thing you're challenged by is the heat. I also tend to nerd out a bit on the oils and music, trying to cover the full spectrum - from electronic to indie and plenty of good genres in between.
