I’m a saunagus facilitator with a sporty, recovery-first mindset. My sessions are built for presence and physical reset - with minimal talking and lots of towel work to spread the heat evenly and build it round by round. Music is a big part of my flow, and I love mixing Danish, Spanish, French and English artists to cover the full spectrum: from grounded, atmospheric moments to more uplifting, high-energy rounds. I’ve been a part of Heat Harmony since the very beginning, and my goal is always to create a comfortable, no-pressure space where you can show up as you are - and let the heat do the the talking.
