I create sessions that build naturally from calm to intense. Every song, every aroma and every round has a purpose, creating an experience where the atmosphere evolves together with the temperature. My goal isn’t simply to make the sauna hot; it’s to make every minute worth staying for. I enjoy combining powerful heat with carefully selected essential oils to create contrast throughout the journey. Sometimes the room is calm and reflective, other times it’s filled with energy that pushes you to stay just a little longer than you thought you could.
