Mille Marie
I’m a little energy bomb of a facilitator (if I do say so myself…). In my energized sessions, I bring HOT jazzy sax beats, fresh scents, and vibes that lift the whole room. If you join me there, get ready to vibe to Masego’s smooth grooves or Fred Again’s excellent beats. For relaxed sessions, I love when it is dark, rainy, and cold outside. Inside the heat we keep the scents earthy and calming, and the vibes relaxed as we breathe together to soft, grounding music. My focus is to help you tune in to yourself and truly enjoy being present. See you in the heat!
