Sauna is a simple place. It doesn't need much explanation. Heat. Steam. Silence. Your body knows what to do. I'm not here to guide you anywhere in particular. Just to make it warm enough, slow enough, and quiet enough to sweat out the cortisol, the million tabs open in your head, the week that wouldn't end, or nothing specific, sometimes the body just needs heat and people around it. Simple music. Lots of steam. Few words. The rest is yours. One hour where nothing is optimized, nothing is achieved. Just sweat, breath, and feel.
