Our Story
Founded by a team of wellness enthusiasts, Heat Harmony was born out of a passion for an active lifestyle where health and wellbeing have a main focus. We believe that self-care is essential, and our goal is to offer a space where people can escape the stresses of daily life and focus on their physical and mental health. We have developed a variety of unique SaunaGus sessions, each designed to meet different needs, whether it's relaxation, energy-boosting, or a customized experience for special occasions.
