My gus sessions are intense and purposeful, with powerful "gusmaster's kisses" that really get the heart rate up. I talk minimally during the gus, leaving space for immersion and presence in the heat. Music is an essential part of the experience, ranging from calm, atmospheric tones with Hans Philip, Loyle Carner, Cleo Sol, and Frank Ocean to more energetic sessions with rap and EDM from Fred again, Dave, and Stormzy. Each session is designed to challenge the body and deliver maximum recovery.
